Attorney Ben Griffitts practices Criminal Defense, Landlord-Tenant and Personal Injury Law at Livesay & Myers, P.C. He is experienced in handling every type of criminal matter in Virginia, including Embezzlement, Traffic, Drug Crimes, Larceny, and Assault and Battery, as well as every manner of Personal Injury case, including Car Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Tractor-Trailer Accidents and Wrongful Death. He has earned a reputation as a thoughtful and tenacious advocate for his clients.

Mr. Griffitts is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Prince William County Bar Association and Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has been admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Mr. Griffitts earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the highly rated George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia. Prior to Law School, Mr. Griffitts graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institue and State University, where he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, the National Association of Collegiate Scholars and the Phi Alpha Theta National History Honor Society.

Mr. Griffitts works out of the firm's offices in Fairfax and Manassas, Virginia, and handles cases throughout Northern Virginia, including Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Stafford, Fauquier and Prince William County.
