Mr. Myers earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1997 and his college degree from Radford University in 1990. He has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia; the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit; and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia.
Along with partner James Livesay, Mr. Myers formed Livesay & Myers, P.C. in 2003, when the firm opened its first office in Woodbridge, Virginia. The firm has grown steadily since, and now encompasses a team of 9 lawyers and 7 paralegals across three offices-- in Fairfax, Manassas and Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Born in Fairfax, Virginia, Mr. Myers is a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia. He now resides in Fredericksburg, and works out of the firm's offices in Fairfax, Fredericksburg and Manassas, Virginia, and handles cases throughout Northern Virginia, including Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Fauquier, Warrenton, Stafford, Culpeper, Fredericksburg and Prince William County.
