Stephanie Sauer practices exclusively Family Law at the Fredericksburg office of Livesay & Myers, P.C. Having litigated a wide variety of family law matters in Virginia, Ms. Sauer is an experienced advocate for those undergoing separation, divorce, or custody proceedings in the Fredericksburg area.

In addition, Ms. Sauer has extensive experience in adoption cases including: petitioning for third party adoption, defending against third party adoption, and cases involving termination of parental rights through the Department of Social Services.
