Following are our flat fees for some of the most common types of immigration law matters:

• Marriage-based Adjustment of Status - $2,900 (includes attorney attendance at interview);
• Parent/child-based Adjustment of Status - $2,000;
• Naturalization - $1,500 (includes attorney attendance at interview);
• Fiance Visa - $1,800 for the initial step of obtaining the visa, $1,250 for the second step of obtaining the green card; and
• Removal of Conditions on Green Card (Form I-751) - $1,000 if couple filing jointly, $1,500 if individual filing following divorce.

The above fees are subject to change based on the existence of criminal convictions and/or other inadmissibility issues.
